About the Project

A complete real-estate operations system designed for repeated use across independent offices—not a single-client website. The platform brings property inventory, customers, office users, sales and rental contracts, installments, commission reporting, audit records, document assets and secure contract verification into one focused workspace.

It supports isolated office data, role-based access, enforced MFA for privileged workflows, immutable contract snapshots, printable Kurdish contract documents and cloud-ready backups. Built as a responsive React interface with an Express API and portable PostgreSQL or SQLite data layers, it gives each office a dependable operational system that can be branded and deployed without rebuilding the product from scratch.
