Thank you for choosing Kurdish Fitness (the “App”), published by Ztechify ("we", "our", "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. What data we collect

We do not collect sensitive biometric data (heart rate, medical records, etc.).
2. How we use your data
- App functionality — store and sync your food logs & steps so they’re available on any signed‑in device.
- Analytics & crash reporting — anonymous diagnostics via Google Firebase to improve performance.
- Notifications — remind you of daily calorie goals or step milestones (you can disable these in Settings).
We never sell or rent your data to third parties. Data is only shared with:
- Google Firebase (cloud hosting, authentication, analytics)
- Crashlytics (error diagnostics)
All transfers use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
3. Cookies & tracking
The mobile app uses no cookies. The website uses standard analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand page visits; you can opt‑out with your browser settings.
4. Data retention
- Active users — data is retained while your account remains active.
- Deleted accounts — upon deletion, all personal and fitness data is erased from our servers within 72 hours.
- Crash logs may be stored for up to 90 days for debugging.
5. Your rights
You can:
- Access your data in the App anytime.
- Correct profile details via Profile ▸ Edit.
- Delete your account & data:

We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations.
6. Children’s privacy
Kurdish Fitness is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age. If you believe such data has been collected, contact us for immediate deletion.
7. Security measures
- Data encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (Firestore rules).
- Foreground sync uses secured service with persistent notification.
- Strict Firebase Security Rules ensure only you (or an admin) can access your records.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We’ll post the new version here and notify you in‑app or via e‑mail if changes are significant.
